Donielle Lepine has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2009, they worked as a student at Alabama State University until 2013. During this time, they also served as a camp counselor and later became a development associate/graduate assistant. From 2013 to 2014, they held the role of a development associate/graduate assistant at the university. In 2015, they worked as a mathematics teacher at Resurrection Catholic School and also as a mathematics instructor at Huntington Learning Center. In 2016, they joined Montgomery Alabama Public Schools as a co-department head and math teacher. Currently, since 2018, they are functioning as an adjunct professor at Troy University.

Donielle Lepine earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Alabama State University, studying at the institution from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership at The University of West Alabama.
