John Canady has a diverse background in maintenance planning and quality inspection. Currently serving as a Maintenance Planner and Continuous Improvement Specialist at Wincorp International, Inc. since September 2022, John previously held multiple roles at Rolls-Royce from April 2015 to December 2023, including Working Team Lead and Inspector Level III. John’s educational foundation is from Cleveland Community College, where studies took place from 1995 to 1997.
