Lisa Hufgard has over 10 years of professional experience in customer success, program management, and youth development. Lisa began their career in 2009 as Lead Child Youth and Program Associate at USAG Wiesbaden Child Youth and School Services. In 2010, they were promoted to Program Director at USAG Heidleberg Child Youth and School Services, where they managed a middle school facility of 100 youth and a high school program with 75 teens, supervised a team of twenty, and developed and managed an annual budget of approximately $750,000. In 2013, they moved to USAG Wiesbaden, Child Youth and School Services as Program Director, where they planned, implemented, and supervised comprehensive programs to promote positive growth and development of 75 US Military Dependent Children and Youth. In 2015, they joined Wu Yee Children's Services as Manager, Family & Community Partnerships, where they managed and mentored a team of thirteen and oversaw the success of 587 families in the program, created an electronic system of measuring family success throughout the year for reporting purposes, coordinated and conducted professional development trainings and workshops for up to 120 attendees, and organized and lead educational opportunities at 12 childcare centers for over 600 San Francisco low-income families. In 2017, they became Customer Success Manager at Truefluence, where they supported all Truefluence customers throughout the enitre customer lifecycle, drove adoption of the Truefluence platform through ongoing training, a deep understanding of their business needs, and a feedback loop targeted towards improving their product, developed a creative, tailored plan for each customer based upon their needs and jointly set goals to ensure a successful implementation, and proactively identified customers' challenges and provided coaching and solutions to maximize continued success. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Monti Kids as Customer Success & Support Manager.
