Layana Franco is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in product support, fashion, and content creation. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Zitcha since July 2023, Layana optimizes the intersection of product, sales, customer success, marketing, and data to facilitate organizational growth. As the Founder of Swap-a-Porter since February 2020 and an Ambassador for the Slow Fashion Movement since May 2020, Layana advocates for sustainable fashion practices.
