Al Wightman

Al Wightman is an experienced professional in data and music, currently serving as the Head of Data at Montirex LTD. since January 2025, with a focus on data engineering and analysis. Wightman has also established a career in music as a musician, creating electronic music since March 2021. Prior to the current role, Wightman worked as an Analytics Engineer at Al Wightman - Data Consultancy from August 2023 to January 2025, specializing in data engineering and Google Analytics. Wightman's experience includes a position as Business Intelligence Director at Protein Works in early 2023, and founding So What Analytics in October 2011, where expertise in digital analytics helped businesses improve their measurement of online activities. Wightman holds an MA in British Government and Politics from the University of Essex and a BA in Government and Politics from the City of London Polytechnic.
