Rubén Sevilla Gil

Rubén Sevilla Gil has had a varied career in the fields of procurement, logistics, marketing, and business development. In 2019, they were the Procurement and Logistics Team Lead at MONTREDO, where they coordinated the Buyers Team in daily operations and internal procedures related to purchasing, and supervised the Logistics Department. Rubén also served as a Logistics Specialist, responsible for daily QA, shipment of products, request of customs papers, optimization of logistics procedures, and daily inventory and reordering supplies. Additionally, they were an International Account Manager, managing existing network of luxury watch retailers from Southern and Central Europe (B2B) and on boarding of new potential dealers. At LionsHome, they were an Online Catalog Optimization, implementing new categories and keywords, and setting up a search bar to improve users experience. Rubén was also a Business Development and Marketing Assistant Spain, responsible for acquisition of new e-commerce and SEO partners in the Spanish market, building up a strong brand of LionsHome in Spain, and developing different channels of promotion and market penetration. In 2018, they were a Marketing Department Intern at Bodegas Toro Albalá S.L., where they were involved in building up a reputed brand of wine, wine tasting, and fairs. In 2016, they were a Marketing Assistant at Cádiz CF, supporting different campaigns and social actions around the club branding, and cooperating with different organizations and institutions to develop several projects such as a summer football campus.

Rubén Sevilla Gil's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Market Research from Universidad de Cádiz, obtained between 2011 and 2016. Rubén then completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Hochschule Augsburg between 2014 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in International Trade and Business Internationalization from Universidad de Córdoba and a Master of Arts in European Management from Technische Hochschule Wildau between 2018 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in March 2017, and a Goethe Zertifikat B2 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in July 2016.
