Kandy Cantwell, CEBS, currently serves as a Partner in Commercial Benefits at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. since September 2022, following a longstanding role as Partner at Montridge Advisory Group Ltd, which transitioned to a Westland company. With previous experience as an Account Manager in Worksite Solutions at Aon Reed Stenhouse and as an Account Manager at Great-West Life, Kandy has cultivated a robust background in employee benefits. Kandy holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Walla Walla University.
