Louise McCulloch

Louise McCulloch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and risk management across various institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury at Monument since March 2023, Louise oversees the full treasury function and is actively building the Bank’s investment portfolio. Prior to this, Louise held positions such as UK Treasurer at Handelsbanken and Head of Treasury at Vive, where contributions included developing treasury functions in start-up environments. Other significant roles include Head of Liquidity Risk and Group Head of Financial Risk at Quilter, where Louise designed risk frameworks and managed liquidity and credit risks. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Metro Bank, GE Capital Bank, Virgin Money, Deloitte, Santander UK, and CYBG PLC. Louise McCulloch holds a BCom in Business Studies and Accountancy from The University of Edinburgh and is a member of the ACCA.
