Brad Carby

Brad Carby currently serves as the Pilot Plant Supervisor at Monument Chemical since September 2021. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Michelin from September 2000 to September 2021, where various positions were held including Quality Assurance Manager of Materials, Internal IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Quality Auditor, and Laboratory Manager, among others. Brad Carby holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University, completed between 1997 and 2000, and also has a background in Chemistry from Brescia University, where studies were undertaken from 1995 to 1997.
