Emmanuel Gatling

Emmanuel Gatling, M.B.A., currently serves as a Production Engineer at Texas Brine Company, LLC, since November 2023, while also holding the role of Operations Manager at Monument Chemical since May 2022. Gatling's previous experience includes positions as Operations Day Team Lead and Production Engineer at Ascend Performance Materials from February 2019 to May 2022, and Production Engineer at DSM from June 2017 to February 2019. Notably, Gatling worked as a Process Engineer at Southern Company from 2011 to February 2019, becoming a subject matter expert in the Wet Sulfuric Acid and Flare processes at the Kemper Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Plant. Gatling holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary.
