Shane R.

Shane R. began their work experience in 2006 as an AML Specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 2008, they transitioned to a Corporate Secretarial Assistant role at Mazars and held that position until 2012. Shane then joined Estera as a Corporate Secretary from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Shane worked as a Chartered Secretary at Wakefield Quin Limited. In 2017, they joined Conyers Dill & Pearman as a Corporate Manager, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Shane is serving as the Deputy Group Head of Corporate Governance at Monument Re Group, starting in 2022.

Shane R. has a bachelor's degree in Law with Politics from Queen's University Belfast, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Shane has also obtained the ACIS qualification in Chartered Secretary / Governance Professional from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, Shane R. has a Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA, completed in 2016.
