Wendy Odell Magus

Wendy Odell Magus has extensive work experience in real estate and marketing. Wendy is currently the Vice President and Realtor® at Monument Sotheby's International Realty, where they are known for their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and excellence in home sales and marketing. Previously, they worked as a Licensed Realtor® at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty and as the Managing Director of Arkadas Group. Wendy also has experience as the Principal of Magus Marketing & Communications and as the Vice President of Marketing at Kiddie Academy. Wendy has served as a Board Member for Baltimore Reads and as an Advisory Board Member for Franchise Update Media. Additionally, they have held various roles at Sylvan Learning, including Senior Director and Director of Promotions, Partnerships, and PR. Wendy has also contributed their leadership skills as a Board Member and President of the Board for The Preservation Society for Fell's Point and Federal Hill. Early in their career, Wendy worked as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Wendy Odell Magus obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Southern Adventist University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In 2010, they attended Georgetown University and earned a Certificate in Franchise Management.
