Christine Brooks-Cropper

Christine Brooks-Cropper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and various leadership roles across multiple industries including sports, entertainment, and fashion. Currently serving as a Partner at JCR Consulting LLC since September 2020, Christine also holds the position of Producer at Monumental Sports & Entertainment and President of the DC Fashion Foundation, both roles initiated in 2019 and 2009 respectively. As a Consultant since 2007 for Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, and previously a Business Owner at ForPlay Matters LLC until December 2023, Christine's expertise spans operational management and strategic planning. Additional leadership experience includes serving as the Director of Operations for the Maryland Democratic Party in 2022 and previously as Managing Partner of La Societe Secrete LLC from 2017 to 2020, where Christine also hosted the podcast "ForPlay Matters!" Christine holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Delaware State University.
