Teon Watson

Teon Watson is the current Director of Scouting Operations at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Prior to that, they worked as a Basketball Operations Quality Assurance Assistant II at Spurs Sports & Entertainment from August 2013 to July 2015. Teon also interned at Monumental Sports & Entertainment in May 2012 and was a Program Coordinator of Operations for BSBA Ambassadors at Kenan-Flagler Business School from August 2010 to May 2012. In addition, they were the Varsity Men's Basketball Head Manager at UNC Basketball from August 2010 to May 2013 and the Junior Varsity Men's Basketball Head Manager from September 2008 to June 2010. Watson's professional career began as a Summer Intern in the Office of Public & Indian Housing (PIH) Budget at HUD from January 2007 to December 2009. Teon then worked as a Summer Student Assistant at the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism at University of Maryland, College Park from June 2006 to August 2006.

Teon Watson completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. They also completed a second major in Exercise & Sport Science with a concentration in Sport Administration.

Teon Watson works with Alec Arnault - Director, Personnel Intelligence, Ben Eidelberg - Director, Strategy & Analytics. Teon Watson reports to Greg Kershaw, Senior Director, Basketball Operations.
