Head of Writing & Customer Experience at Monzo

Harry Ashbridge has a diverse range of work experience. Harry began their career at Wesser in 2006 as a Fundraiser, but quickly realized it was not the job for him. In 2007, they worked at Willmotts as an Accounts Assistant and Receptionist, where they gained valuable office skills. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Publications Manager at 7city Learning.

Ashbridge's focus shifted towards writing and customer experience when they joined The Writer in 2012. Harry initially started as an Editor and worked their way up to become a Senior Writer and Head of Customer Experience. During their time there, they were involved in various tasks such as creating tone of voice guidelines for well-known brands and improving customer experience through word changes.

In 2018, Ashbridge joined Monzo Bank as a Senior Writing Lead. Harry'sresponsibilities included building a writing team, defining company documents, incorporating good writing practices into various processes, providing training and coaching to employees, and ensuring the brand's tone of voice was reflected in all communication. Later, they transitioned into the role of Head of Writing & Customer Experience, where they continued to oversee the writing team and ensured a seamless customer experience.

Harry Ashbridge completed their Master of Arts (MA) in History at UCL from 2008 to 2009.
