Joost van Oorschot

Joost van Oorschot is a Senior Software Engineer II and Tech Lead for the Finance Infrastructure team at Monzo Bank, where responsibilities include managing finance and core banking systems since March 2020. Prior to this, Joost held roles at Monzo focusing on Mastercard processing and Swift integration. Experience at Deliveroo involved scaling the payments system during a period of rapid growth, while prior positions include software development at bunq and co-founding Keylocker, a startup that raised €200K for secrets management solutions. Joost holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering and a minor in Finance from Delft University of Technology.
