Nic Hailes

Nic Hailes MCIPP has a comprehensive work experience in payroll and HR data analysis. They started their career at OGN North Sea Ltd in 2011 as an HR Data Analyst. In 2013, they joined Balfour Beatty WorkSmart as an HR Data Administrator before moving to Virgin Money as a Payroll Specialist. At Virgin Money, they were responsible for managing monthly payroll, statutory duties, tax code amendments, and deductions. In 2019, they transitioned to PayFit UK, where they initially worked as a Product Legal Adviser/Payroll Specialist and later became a Product Payroll Manager. Currently, Nic is working at Monzo Bank as a Payroll Lead starting from 2022.

Nic Hailes obtained a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. They completed Year 2 of the program from 2014 to 2015, and Year 1 from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Boldon School from 2002 to 2007. Nic Hailes has also obtained certifications from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, including an MCIPP in June 2023. They also have an additional MCIPP certification obtained in June 2023, and an ACIPP certification from the same institution (obtained month and year not specified).
