From 2011 to 2014, they held various roles at Deutsche Bank, including Finance Director for GT Strategic Initiatives and GTO Finance Director. In these roles, they were responsible for financial management, strategic initiatives, and relationship management related to the bank's cost base.
Brayshaw then worked at Royal Bank of Scotland as CAO for CIB Technology from 2014 to 2015. Samantha'sresponsibilities included financial and headcount management, adherence to controls framework, and resource management.
In 2016, they joined Deutsche Bank again in two different roles: Interim Professional and Transfer Pricing Project Support. Samantha provided financial support for operational excellence programs and managed strategic initiatives.
From 2016 to 2017, Brayshaw worked at HSBC as a Controls Officer, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management.
In 2019, they joined Metro Bank as the Director of Finance Transformation and Programme Director for IRB. Samantha'sresponsibilities included leading finance transformation initiatives and managing projects related to Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) requirements.
Most recently, Brayshaw is the Group Finance Director at Monzo Bank, starting in 2022. Samantha'srole involves overseeing financial operations and strategy for the organization.
Samantha Brayshaw attended Ramsden School for Girls from 1989 to 1993. Samantha then went on to study at Durham University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. Samantha'sstudies at Durham University focused on the science and humanities aspects of Geography.
