Steven Thompson

Steven Thompson (MA, FCIPD) has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and telecommunications industries. Steven currently serves as the People Director at Monzo Bank, a position they have held since January 2022.

Before joining Monzo Bank, Steven held multiple roles at The AA, starting as the Head of HR from November 2018 to November 2020. Steven then became the Director of Talent Acquisition from March 2020 to January 2022.

Steven Thompson (MA, FCIPD) has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Education & Training. Steven obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Teesside from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a BA Hons degree in Education & Training from the University of Sunderland from 2006 to 2007.

Steven also pursued further education in Human Resource Management by completing a CIPD Diploma at Darlington College from 2011 to 2012 and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice at the same college from 2008 to 2009.
