Dan Howell

Dan Howell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dan began their career as a Foreign Desk Reporter for NBC News in 1997. Dan then worked as an Associate Producer/Editor for WBTV Charlotte in 1999, where they assisted in the production process of the morning show. In 2000, they joined Muzak LLC as a Voice Consultant/Copywriter, managing an account base within the product department. Dan later became a National Accounts Coordinator, working with national clients such as Exxon and Aeropostale. In 2003, they became the Mergers and Acquisitions Sales Manager, responsible for preserving the company's base and signing new business. Dan also worked as an Internal Sales and Client Relations Manager, overseeing a team of representatives and improving customer service. In 2006, they became the Key Accounts Field Training & Development Manager, facilitating training sessions and developing strategies for key account market representatives. Dan then became the National Accounts Market Manager, managing a sales and client relationship management team. Dan achieved significant successes in increasing sales and retaining clients. In 2010, they joined Carolina Speed as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations, where their responsibilities included managing game day radio broadcasts and creating the franchise's first broadcast network. Since 2011, they have been working at Mood Media in various roles, including the SMB Director Local Account Management, Regional Sales Director, and currently as the Sr. Director - Mid Market/Enterprise Sales and Account Management. Dan'sresponsibilities at Mood Media have involved managing sales teams, creating impressive customer experiences, and delivering solutions to a variety of retailers and business verticals.

Dan Howell attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BA & BS degree in English-Journalism. In 1999, they also briefly studied Spanish at the Forester Instituto Internacional in Costa Rica.
