Drake Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Drake started their career at Teleflora as a Sales Representative and Resolution Specialist, where they consistently exceeded sales quotas and received recognition for their high closing rate. Drake then transitioned into the healthcare field, working at HealthSouth as a Physical Therapy Assistant, providing therapeutic procedures and developing patient care plans. Drake continued to advance in the healthcare industry, becoming the Director of Rehab Operations at Incite Rehab, managing daily operations and collaborating with staff to optimize patient assignments and financial performance. Drake then joined Community Health Systems as a Business Development/PTA, establishing a strong presence in a new territory and implementing protocols for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Drake later joined Choice Rehabilitation as a Regional Manager, overseeing multi-site operations and managing a large team, while also opening new accounts and working closely with physicians and facilities. Drake then joined Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals as the Director of Business Development, before ultimately transitioning to Lifepoint Health where they served as the Director of Business Development at Rogers Rehabilitation Hospital. Currently, they are the Director of Enterprise Business Development, North America at Mood Media, where they help brands create immersive and tech-enabled retail environments to engage customers and build emotional connections with their brand.

Drake Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Health, PE/Exercise Science, and Sociology from Arkansas State University, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from the same university, graduating in 2012. In addition, Drake Maxwell has a CPR certification from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, although the specific date of obtaining it is unknown.
