Job description

Moodle with us!

We’re searching for an experienced Content Designer / UX Writer to join our Product Experience team, on a 12 month contract.

What your new job can look like…

This role is part of our global Product Experience team that works closely with our Product teams to help create intuitive experiences across Moodle’s product suite.

With the pace of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same!  But most days will involve a mix of:

  • Working closely with the Product Managers and UX Designers to develop product experiences and design content that aligns with Moodle’s voice, style and tone at every step of the user journey.
  • Working with the Experience Design Manager and Content Designer to further embed the content design practice in the work we do.
  • Participating in UX research activities and the user testing process to gain insights from users and validate content decisions..
  • Creating and maintaining useful resources that help our teams and the Community create consistent, user-centred experiences
  • Advocate for customer-centred design and development with our Product teams, championing adherence to our Discovery and Design process.

This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in Europe or Asia regions, and will be offered as a Contractor role for a period of 12 months. We are also open to both full-time and part-time applicants, just let us know where you are and your preference when you apply.
