Milton Charles Hayden Jr.

Milton Charles Hayden Jr. is an experienced plant manager and engineer with a robust background in manufacturing and industrial engineering spanning over 30 years. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Plant Engineer at Moody Dunbar, Inc. since October 2021, Milton has held various managerial and engineering roles at notable companies such as Saab, Inc., Aerotek, and Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. Significant achievements include the development of production processes for military contracts, leading safety initiatives resulting in over 2500 consecutive days without a lost time accident, and implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies at various facilities. Milton holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management/Engineering from Clemson University, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
