Aukse Zukauskiene

Aukse Zukauskiene is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a board member at Lietuvos Junior Achievement and as the Senior Vice President – Capability Center Country Head for Lithuania at Moody's Corporation, Aukse has previously held significant roles at EY as the Workforce Advisory Services Practice Lead, and at Barclays, where responsibilities included managing country operations and leading major organizational transformations. Aukse's extensive experience includes directing HR strategies across the Baltic States at Philip Morris International, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Management from Klaipedos Universitetas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology.
