Cecilia Madison

Cecilia Madison currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Moody's Corporation, leading the ESG Technology sector since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cecilia held multiple positions at Charles Schwab from August 2007 to July 2021, culminating as the Sr. Managing Director of Software Development, overseeing over 200 employees in the migration of service center software to the Salesforce service cloud platform. Cecilia also worked as a Managing Director, managing a 150-person team working on the Salesforce Service Cloud Desktop and various legacy systems serving over 10,000 users. Earlier experience includes senior managerial roles at Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities involved C# .NET development for 911 interfaces, and as a UX Developer at InstallShield. Cecilia holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
