Christina Holden

Christina Holden is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in employee culture, change management, and strategic communication. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Culture & Experience Communications at Moody's Corporation since June 2022, Christina leads a team focused on enhancing employee communication aligned with corporate values and brand narratives. Prior roles include Group Director of Business & Internal Communications at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities included managing communications during significant workforce expansion, and Director of Change Management at Johnson & Johnson, where strategic communication for enterprise facilities was developed. Christina's career also includes positions at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, where support was provided to executive leadership, and earlier experiences in corporate communication and public relations with various organizations. Christina holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Seton Hall University. Additional education has been pursued through UCLA Extension.
