Patrick Martin

Patrick Martin holds the titles of Chief Talent Officer and Chief Learning Officer at Moody's Corporation since April 2021. Previously, Martin served as Senior Vice President of Talent Development and Learning and Development at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included global strategy oversight for learning, talent development, inclusion and diversity, and talent acquisition for over 100,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Learning Officer at Bechtel Corporation and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Patrick Martin also has a background in restaurant management from Outback Steakhouse. Martin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University.
