Sonia Seth Shah

Sonia Seth Shah has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. Sonia began their career in 2011 as a Manual Tester and Business Analyst at HCL Technologies. In 2014, they moved to H&M as an Automation Tester, where they were responsible for managing the automation of testing process through tools such as Selenium and Maven. In 2016, they returned to HCL Technologies as a Quality Assurance Team Lead and Business Analyst, where they worked on the DEEP - State of Connecticut Project. Here, they reviewed business needs and system requirements, provided demos to clients, and supported the QA testing team. In 2017, they joined i2e Consulting as a Quality Assurance Lead and Business Analyst, where they worked on multiple projects simultaneously for requirements gathering and documentation. Sonia created and maintained issues in JIRA, prepared test plans for the testing team, and conducted project meetings. In 2021, they joined Moofwd, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst.

Sonia Seth Shah completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology and International Business at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Amity University between 2007 and 2011.
