Olman Madrigal

Olman Madrigal is an experienced professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Site Director and Engineering Manager for Disposable Products at Moog Medical Devices since October 2016. In this role, Olman established a satellite R&D department focused on disposable medical devices and expanded team capabilities to include laboratory and software personnel. Previous positions held at Moog include Senior Design and Development Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and leading cost reduction initiatives. Prior to Moog, Olman worked at Medtronic as Technical Services QE, overseeing sterilization systems and cleanroom controls, and held positions at Covidien as a Quality Engineer and as a Junior Engineer intern at Calox de Costa Rica. Academic credentials include an Engineer's Degree in Biotechnology, a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology Engineering, and an MBA in Operations Management.
