Alaganthiruvarul Selvakkumaran

Alaganthiruvarul Selvakkumaran has a wide range of work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Alaganthiruvarul is currently the Head of Electronics and Hardware Design at Moog Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Engineering at Collins Aerospace from 2016 to 2022.

In 2016, Selvakkumaran was a Project Manager at Cyient Ltd, where they were responsible for product design and development, project planning, program management, and technical solutions.

From 2010 to 2015, they were a Team Lead at Moog India Technology Center, managing the complete design and development of high reliable flight boards and performing analog and power design analysis and validation.

Earlier in their career, Selvakkumaran worked as a Lead Engineer at IBM from 2008 to 2010, where they were involved in test planning, strategy, and integration of high-end servers. Alaganthiruvarul also served as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies from 2004 to 2010.

Alaganthiruvarul Selvakkumaran earned a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Power Systems from PRIST University in India from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in ECE from Thanthai Periyar Government Institute of Technology, Vellore, affiliated with the University of Madras. In their earlier years of education, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Maths from SRVHSS, Pudukkottai, Tamilnadu from 1997 to 1999. Before that, they attended Government High School in Siruvachur, Salem, Tamilnadu from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued studies in Maths and Science at the high school level. Additionally, Alaganthiruvarul has obtained various certifications in subjects like project management, artificial intelligence, leadership, circuit design, and power integrity analysis.
