Brian Hardt has a diverse range of work experience. Brian began their career as a Graduate Student Instructor and Researcher at the University at Buffalo, where they gained teaching and research skills. Brian then held faculty positions at Buffalo State College, Western Carolina University, and Bowling Green State University, where they taught various courses in Political Science and International Studies.
After transitioning out of academia, Brian joined Anthology (formerly Campus Labs) as a Customer Success Manager, where they led client implementation and onboarding processes. Brian later became a Customer Success Strategist, focusing on customer retention strategies and risk management. Brian also played a crucial role in implementing a new CRM system as a Certified Administrator.
Most recently, Brian worked at Moog Inc. as the EHS Project Operations Lead. In this role, they collaborated with various teams to incorporate Environmental, Health, and Safety considerations in business decision-making. Brian also led the development of companywide goals and piloted an EHS Ticketing system. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their ability to drive strategic initiatives, implement process improvements, and enhance customer success.
Brian Hardt holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned their bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Niagara University, graduating in 2008. Additionally, Brian has obtained several certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and Gainsight, focusing on topics including strategic planning, leadership strategies, SQL programming, product management, and wireframing.
