Gretchen Giraldo

Gretchen Giraldo is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in program management and systems engineering. Currently serving as Business Unit General Manager at Moog Inc. since July 2019, Gretchen oversees operations as Staff Program Manager, focusing on strategic growth and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Gretchen was a Senior Manager of Program Management at Harris Corporation from June 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included P&L management, customer engagement, and financial forecasting for a significant product line generating $42 million in annual sales. Earlier career experience includes serving as Lead Systems Engineer at Exelis from July 2010 to May 2015, managing a multimillion-dollar R&D project. Gretchen holds an MBA in Technology Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester.
