Luis Lee

Luis Lee has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 1999 at Inovis as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2004, they joined HP as an Application Support Engineer, and in 2008 they moved to KACE as an Enterprise Technical Support Advisor. Most recently, they have been with Moogsoft since 2019 as a Product Support Engineer. At each of these positions, they have provided technical support, assisted with troubleshooting, configuration, and backup recovery, collaborated with global support teams, and resolved customer escalations.

Luis Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay. In May 2020, they also earned an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
