Torien Smith has worked in the Information Technology field since 2016. In that time, they have held role with Apple At Apple, Torien was a Genius Mac & iOS Technician, an iOS Technical Product Support Specialist, and a Sales Specialist. Additionally, they handle MacOS troubleshooting, hardware repair, system configuration, account creation, and maintenance, Mobile Device Management administration, Android and iOS mobile device support, onboarding and offboarding, and is working on automation projects.
