Brijesh Maurya

Brijesh Maurya is an experienced professional in quality control and assurance, currently serving as Assistant Manager Quality Control at Moon Beverages Ltd since December 2023. Previously, Brijesh held the position of Shift Incharge at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from March 2019 to December 2023 and worked as Executive Quality Assurance at AL SALLAN FOOD INDUSTRIES COMPANY SAOC (Britannia International) from October 2015 to January 2019. Brijesh has acquired extensive knowledge in various aspects of food safety, quality performance indicators, and manufacturing practices through participation in training programs, including the PCQI training with FSPCA. Early career experience includes roles as Executive-QA at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and QC Officer at Jagatjit Industries Limited. Brijesh holds an M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology from Banaras Hindu University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Botany from the University of Allahabad.
