Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources (Head of People) at Moon Valley Nurseries since March 2025, overseeing all People and Human Resources functions for the organization. Previous roles include Senior HR Professional (Interim) at Precision Aviation Group, Vice President of Human Resources at Troon, and Senior Director of Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition at PetSmart. Additionally, Jennifer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various positions at JW Marriott and Marriott International, where key achievements included increasing engagement survey scores and leading innovative service initiatives. Early career experience includes HR roles at Target and various food and beverage operations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Business from Western Oregon University and earned a certification in Small Business Ownership from IAP Career College.
