Douha Khodr (Dee)

Douha Khodr, known as Dee, is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in traffic and transport engineering. Currently serving at Moonee Valley City Council since February 2013, Dee has previously held the position of Senior Traffic Engineer at the City of Stonnington from June 2009 to January 2012. Prior to that, Dee worked at Hume City Council from January 2003 to June 2009 in various roles including Traffic Engineer, Construction Supervisor, and Road Safety Coordinator. Dee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Victorian University of Technology and completed high school education at Mercy Diocesan College.
