Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare. 

Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with  innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

Account Management Intern - (Partners) (m/f/d)

Join our Account Management team, where you will gain a multitude of experiences assisting in the day-to-day operations of our B2B2C & B2B business units. You will work within a cross-departmental structure, handling tasks such as daily interactions with Moonfare’s partners, coordinating internal working groups on various partners’ requests and managing a plethora of other operational tasks.

You will:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of our Partnerships & Implementation teams, assisting with ongoing projects together with our partners as well as working independently on individual task assignments
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product teams to improve our customer journey
  • Collaborate with our KYC, Compliance, fund operations and legal teams to ensure partners can onboard investors in a reliable, efficient and legally compliant manner
  • Assist in the project management of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities 
  • Maintain and optimise our CRM database in Hubspot
  • Maintain and optimise our client data gathering and cleaning process using Tableau

The next Moonfarian:

  • Enrolled or graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or social science
  • Can adapt relationship-building and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, particularly in consulting
  • Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages like French and German are advantageous

Salary: 2200€ gross per month

To be eligible for this position you should:

  • Have at least six months availability.
  • Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
  • Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
