Associate Relationship Manager

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Associate Relationship Manager to join our APAC team based in Singapore. This role will focus on securing new business, deepening existing relationships and playing a key role in client servicing with high-net-worth individuals and family offices across the APAC region. The role offers significant exposure to private equity markets and the opportunity to contribute directly to the expansion of our client base.

You will:

  • Develop existing client relationships by upselling private equity solutions and driving deeper engagement
  • Work closely with the Head of APAC to meet revenue targets and other key performance indicators
  • Leverage our CRM to manage leads, track client interactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Work independently to manage client portfolios and operational tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with global teams including sales, marketing, compliance and account management to drive client success
  • Maintain trusting relationships through investor relations services, addressing client queries and providing portfolio reviews

The next Moonfarian:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, exposure to private equity or private markets is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
    • Mandarin is a plus, however, not required
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally with high-net-worth individuals and/or family offices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a lean team environment
  • Able to build trusting relationships quickly 
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and developing sales pipelines across different geographies
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
