Sam Stephens has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Sam currently works as the Director of Content and Programs at Moonhanger Group, where they are responsible for creating and delivering music and editorial content for WNEX-FM. Prior to this, Sam worked at Apple as the Host/Creator of Rhinestone Radio, a radio show on Apple Music Country that focuses on the preservation of country music icons. Sam also has experience as a Media and Marketing Consultant, a Guitar/Music History Instructor, and a Fine Arts Events Manager. Sam has contributed to various media outlets, including ViacomCBS and Cox Communications, where they published articles, conducted interviews, and served as an on-camera correspondent. Additionally, they have worked as a Correspondent/Insider for Country Now TV and as a Show Designer/Consultant/Performer at Six Flags Over Georgia.
Sam Stephens completed an Associate of Arts degree in English at Middle Georgia State University from 2004 to 2006. Then, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing at Georgia State University. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Sam obtained a Master of Arts degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Middle Georgia State University.
