Chris Hawthorn

Chris Hawthorn is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Support at MoonPay since August 2021, Chris previously held roles such as Senior TechOps Engineer at the same company, as well as Senior Information Technology Specialist at Medallia from March 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Twitter as an Information Technology Support Engineer and at Apple, where Chris progressed to the role of Genius, becoming a certified Mac technician. Early career experience includes work as a Customer Service Agent at First Data Corporation and in various customer service roles at The Co-operative Group. Chris holds an Associate's degree in Internet Technology from the University of Essex and an AVCE in Information Technology from Seevic College.
