Meghrajsinh Jadeja

Meghrajsinh Jadeja has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Meghrajsinh started their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys in 2012, where they provided application support and resolved technical issues for a critical project. Meghrajsinh also collaborated with clients for business requirement gathering and developed tools and scripts for data migration.

In 2016, Meghrajsinh joined HCL Technologies as a System Engineer, supporting Office 365 implementation projects for a banking service provider. Meghrajsinh managed a team and was involved in requirement analysis and gathering.

Meghrajsinh then worked as a Systems Engineer (Contractor) at Suncorp Group in 2016, and later joined Suncorp Group as a System Engineer in 2017. In this role, they supported Office 365 implementation and support projects, specifically upgrading the company's SharePoint portal.

From 2019 to 2021, Meghrajsinh worked at Infosys as a Technical Lead. Meghrajsinh led multiple projects, including Office 365 implementation and support projects for clients in the Oil and Gas and Manufacturing domains. Meghrajsinh handled project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resourcing, and ensured adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Currently, Meghrajsinh is the Program Director at Moonraft Innovation Labs, where they lead and drives multiple programs for BFSI clients. Meghrajsinh manages end-to-end programs, oversees delivery timelines and quality, and ensures risk management for the programs.

Meghrajsinh Jadeja obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in February 2017.
