Seth Heng

Seth Heng has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Seth started their career as an Archivist at the Simon Wiesenthal Center in 2006. Seth then worked as an Assistant in Information Technology at AerCap from 2009 to 2011. After that, they became a Manager in Information Technology at the same company, where they delivered an enterprise-wide content management system.

In 2015, Seth joined Beyondsoft as a Project Manager, where they led the creation and release of digital content for Toyota. Seth monitored web performance and leveraged data to drive effective digital marketing initiatives.

In 2018, Seth joined INNOCEAN USA as a Digital Project Manager, overseeing digital marketing initiatives for Hyundai Motor America. Seth successfully completed the Hyundai.com redesign project.

In 2019, Seth worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at Parcel Pending, reducing administrative costs and assisting in completing projects and initiatives on time.

In the same year, they joined UST as an Account Manager for Moonraft US, and then became a Program Director at Moonraft Innovation Labs. In this role, Seth spearheads multi-disciplinary project teams, manages project scope, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Seth has showcased excellent project management skills, collaboration, and the ability to deliver results.

Seth Heng's education history is as follows:

- From 2012 to 2015, they attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

- Between 2004 and 2008, they studied at California State University, Fullerton, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History.

- In 2003 and 2004, they attended California State University, Bakersfield, and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Seth Heng has obtained the following certifications:

- In February 2023, they became an Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional through Adobe.

- In May 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
