Srikanta Panigrahy

Srikanta Panigrahy is a seasoned technology lead with extensive experience in mentoring and team management. Currently serving as a Technology Lead at UST since March 2023, Srikanta previously held the same title at Moonraft Innovation Labs from March 2018 to March 2023, where contributions included enhancing team efficiency and resolving task-related blockers. Additionally, Srikanta has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Sony India Software Centre from October 2020 to February 2022, during which strategic planning and implementation of analytics solutions were achieved while mentoring a team of 6-8 members. Srikanta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Rahul Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Berhampur, completed in 2014.
