John Petersen is a seasoned colorist with extensive experience in the post-production industry. Currently serving as a partner and colorist at Moonshine Post-Production, LLC since January 2013, John specializes in color grading using Davinci Resolve, Flanders XM311K, and LGB8 65" OLED for viewing. Prior to this role, John worked as a telecine colorist at CineFilm from September 1998 to January 2013, utilizing the DaVinci 2K system. Additional experience includes positions at Astro Film Lab as a colorist and Swell Inc. as an assistant colorist, both between January 1996 and 1998, as well as roles at Editel/RIP and Editel Chicago as an assistant colorist from September 1988 to February 1996.
