Josh Turnbull

Josh Turnbull has a diverse work experience, primarily in the blockchain and recruitment industries. Josh started their career in 2015 as a Physics Teacher at St. Paul's School and later worked as an English Teacher at Ortus. In 2016, they worked as a Membership Consultant at Fitness First Australia.

Josh'scareer in recruitment began in 2018 at ECOM, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in roles such as Front End Developer, QA, and Back End Python Developer. Josh then moved to NP Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on Data Science and later transitioning to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist - RPO, where they worked with R3, an enterprise blockchain/DLT software firm.

In 2021, they joined Chainlink Labs as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for headhunting Go Software Engineers and Software Engineers in Test. Josh also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at R3, delivering Corda platform to organizations across various industries.

In 2022, Josh set up their own consultancy called Cosmo Recruitment, primarily assisting the blockchain industry with their recruiting needs. Josh later joined Moonsong Labs as a Director of People and Talent, expanding their responsibilities to cover recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring the success of new hires.

Josh Turnbull completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Atomic and Particle Physics and Physical Chemistry at UCL from 2009 to 2012. Josh later pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) for Physics Secondary School Education at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society from 2014 to 2015.
