Rigel Kishton

Rigel Kishton is currently the Head of Immunology Research at Moonwalk Biosciences. Prior to this, Kishton held the position of Senior Director, Cell and Gene Therapy at Synthego Corporation and Lyell Immunopharma. With a background as a Cancer Research Training Award Fellow at the National Cancer Institute and a Graduate Student at Duke University, Kishton has expertise in identifying tumor-intrinsic genetic defenses against T cell engagement and balancing T cell metabolism in promoting tumor cell survival. Kishton's work focuses on developing strategies for cancer immunotherapy and improving anti-tumor efficacy through genetic modulation of T cell characteristics.
