Anurag Sharma

Anurag Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Anurag began their career as a Business Development Executive at Tolexo Online Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. Anurag then progressed to become a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for vendor onboarding, key accounts management, inventory management, business development, fulfillment, supply chain, and seller engagement. Anurag played a crucial role in increasing fulfillment to 98% and net delivered to 92%.

In 2015, Anurag joined Tolexo as an Assistant Manager - Category Operations, where they managed the overall business operations of the Safety Category. Anurag closely monitored and tracked key metrics such as GMV, take rate, fulfillment, and assortment of the category.

Anurag later joined OfBusiness as an Assistant Manager - Supplier Operations in 2017, where they continued to showcase their operational expertise.

In 2018, Anurag joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as a Cluster Manager - Lease, overseeing P&L and overall cab operations of major cities in UP. Anurag successfully built a profitable and high-growth business for Ola cabs through the leasing model. Anurag's contributions led to scaling UP to the biggest fleet with 1300+ cabs. Anurag then took on the role of Regional Manager - Operations, where they focused on process management, operations, audits, refurbishment, maintenance, fleet readiness, and asset health check. Anurag's efforts resulted in significant improvements, including a higher RFO and reduced quality complaints.

Anurag's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Hans Food Products in 2020, where they took on the role of Founder. Anurag successfully built a profitable and high-growth business, overseeing P&L management, manufacturing plant setup, sourcing, and procurement.

Most recently, in 2022, Anurag joined Mooofarm as the Head of Business Operations, leading the strategic management and day-to-day operations of the company.

Anurag Sharma received their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions. Anurag pursued this degree from 2009 to 2013.
