James O'Loughlin

James O'Loughlin is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Moore Barlow since July 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of Talent and Development at Rydon from September 2012 to July 2022, where James was responsible for various aspects of talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development. James also has experience as a Recruitment Manager at BrightPool and a Senior Consultant - Interim Management at Albemarle Interim Management. With a background in Business Studies and CIPD Qualifications, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
