Roland Ukor has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology. Roland began their career as a Software Developer at Swifta Systems in 1999 and went on to found their own company, Platinum Solutions International, in 2004. After that, they worked as a Technical Architect at Manchester Medical School and as a Software Development Consultant at Franklin Consulting. Roland then served as a Senior Software Developer at BJSS and a Development Lead at HSBC. Most recently, Roland has been working as the Co-Chief Technology Officer at Moore Capital Management since 2012.

Roland Ukor obtained their first degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), from the University of Benin in the years 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Data Processing also in Computer Science at the University of Benin from 1997 to 1999. Later on, they pursued further education at The University of Manchester, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from 2006 to 2010.
